Friday of Nature Week at Bath

We ended our Bath Nature Week with a trip to Potter Park Zoo today to celebrate Arbor Day.  Despite the rain and cooler temperatures, students had a great time and even received a white pine seedling to honor the day.  The seedling is our state tree and will grow to be 80-90 feet tall.  Think carefully about where to plant it, making sure it has plenty of space and is away from power lines.  Thank you to parents that helped out today--Mrs. Cokonougher, Mr. Harlan, Mr. and Mrs. Klusack, Mr. Ryals, Mr. Walker, Mrs. Wargo, and Mrs. Westphal.

We have another week of outside learning next week at Bengel Wildlife Center for Annie's BIG Nature Lesson.  Please check the weather each day and send a sack lunch for your child.  We go outside for observation rain or shine! If you are available to help, please let me know.  I apologize for the late notice.
