Popcorn Day is Monday, October 1. The PTA will sell popcorn for 25 cents a bag! Yum!
In honor of Homecoming, Bath Elementary will be participating in Spirit Week and will have a daily theme.
Monday -- Pajama and Crazy Hair Day
Tuesday -- Team Day
Wednesday -- Color Day (3rd graders wear GREEN)
Thursday -- Career Day
Friday -- Blue and White Day
This week we will continue to identify the main idea and details in the reading selection, Penguin Chick. This is a narrative nonfiction full of delightful illustrations and fun facts. The spelling words follow the long o sound and we will learn about predicates in grammar.
We are continuing in Chapter 1 in GOMath moving from strategies to add to strategies for subtraction. In science, we will have our first chapter test over Chapter 9 Natural Resources on Tuesday, October 2.
