Hoop House Harvest

With the winter weather coming early, it was time to harvest the lettuce in the Hoop House and shut it down for the winter.  We added the lettuce from the Hoop House to the lettuce growing in the AeroGarden to make a very tasty, healthy treat.  We even enjoyed the lettuce as we worked on math! We will return to the Hoop House in the early Spring to grow more vegetables that will remind us to show respect for our bodies by eating healthy food.
