We have been learning about making healthy food choices as part of our PBL project of showing respect for ourselves. Last week students surveyed the entire third grade and asked questions about what they eat each day. We will tally those results this week and make a bar graph with the results. Attached is a document that has 10 tips for making a great plate! As I took the survey along with the students, I was reminded that I do not eat enough fruits and veggies. With our busy lifestyles, it's easy to skimp or make a quick, fast choice. This fact sheet and graphic can be a nice reminder of what is best for our bodies and a healthy YOU!
