Young Authors Day Order Form

We are busy finishing the last steps of our books for YAD.  Many students are in the illustrating phase and will be ready to ship their packet off to the printer on Friday.  Some students are still typing and may need your help at home.  They can use GoogleApps on the Bath website, or can type their story as a Word document and email it to me.  The important step before we pack up our work is the Order Form.  Even if you do not want to buy extra copies of the book, you must send in the Order Form with a parent signature on the bottom.  Please make sure this Order Form comes back to school by Friday.  Remember, everyone gets one book for FREE.  You would only send in money if you want more than the free copy.  Please let me know if you have questions.
