Spelling words for this week are from the reading selection, Dear Juno, Unit 1, Week 2. They follow the CVCe (consonant, vowel, consonant, silent e) spelling pattern. The silent e hops over the consonant to make the vowel long! Tomorrow we will take a pre-test of these words and the test will be on Friday.
