September 17 was Constitution Day and we Moodled in the lab as students learned about the Preamble to the Constitution. They worked in collaborative groups to understand the meaning of each phrase. Students made posters illustrating each phrase and its meaning. These are displayed in the hallway. Stop by and see their creative thinking.
PTA CARNIVAL
The PTA Carnival will be held on Friday, October 10. Our classroom will be sponsoring a "Coffee Basket". If you would like to participate please send in items to fill a basket. Suggestions are coffee mugs, gift cards to Beaner's (my favorite), Cappuccino Cafe or Starbucks, bags of coffee beans, or anything that goes with drinking a cup of java! It is sure to be a basket that generates some bucks!
