On March 14, we planted gourmet baby greens in the school's Hoop House and on May 8, we harvested those tasty greens. Today, we enjoyed the fruits of our labor! As you can see by the photos, students enjoyed the greens with a little ranch dressing, along with carrots and cherry tomatoes. What a good feeling to know the greens were free of pesticides and did not travel across the nation to get to us. Next, we'll harvest some pea pods!
